You require an on-site technician because you have a malfunction. The technician will fix the malfunction. This does not include parts. If these need to be replaced, the technician will explain this on site and you can pay him for them by debit card or cash.

Please note, this does not include maintenance or cleaning of your fireplace. Ensure you perform maintenance on your fireplace once a year.
