On this page you will find a standard form that you can use to indicate that you wish to cancel your purchase and return the item(s). Normally, you may return all items purchased through the webshop within 14 days, at your own expense. For clarity, we refer you to our general terms and conditions which state that some products are excluded from withdrawal. This applies to products that must remain in their original packaging for hygienic reasons. It also applies to all specially ordered items such as saunas, spas, jacuzzis, BBQs and other custom-ordered items.

Once we have approved the withdrawal, you can return the items and we will transfer the paid amount to the bank account you used for payment.

Exclusions:
We draw your attention to the fact that related costs such as for delivery, installation and assembly are covered by the right of withdrawal if you have explicitly stipulated this when entering into the agreement.
