It may occur that your fireplace does not burn properly, and settings need to be adjusted to your living situation. Please note: Installation materials such as pipes, brackets, and penetrations can be ordered and paid for in advance through the website in consultation with us. Included in the above price: * Adjustment of the pellet stove * Commissioning of the fireplace and cleaning of the immediate surroundings of the fireplace * Labor costs, call-out fees * Disposal of debris and packaging materials released during installation Not included: * Installation of the pellet stove * Installation of pipes for the pellet stove Remarks: It is advisable to service the fireplace (and the flue gas discharge channel) every year.
