Mitsui offers a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. If the air conditioner breaks down outside this period, we would be happy to inspect it for you.
What you can expect from us:
* We will inspect your air conditioner and, if necessary, fix any defects immediately.
* We will check if there is sufficient gas.
* We will clean your air conditioner immediately.
* We cannot provide a guarantee for possible leaks. We will, however, carefully inspect it for them.
* Any additional gas used is covered within the initial job. Not on subsequent occasions.
* You will not receive a warranty on this repair, as troubleshooting normally takes a minimum of 4 hours.
