Mitsui Air Conditioner units are produced by one of the largest OEM suppliers of split air conditioning units. The Split units are supplied in various versions, from 9000BTU to 24000BTU (from 70 m3 to 215 m3 per room). By using the DUAL or MULTI inverter outdoor unit, up to 3 indoor units can be connected to 1 outdoor unit.

Cooling Lines

If you opt for a complete installation, the cooling lines are included up to 6 meters. For self-assembly, please order them separately under accessories.

Installation / Assembly on site

Self-installation:

Mitsui split units are supplied as plug-and-play units as standard. You only need to order the pipes, and possibly the ducts and drains, as extras (see accessories (+inst.) products).

Please note: For environmental protection, the system may only be filled with gas by certified companies (F-gas certificate). The F-gas regulation has been in force in Europe since January 1, 2010.

Complete installation by certified JustFire technician (F-gas certified):

JustFire supplies and installs all Mitsui units at a fixed rate, including all materials.

What is included as standard:

x Placement of the indoor unit up to 6 meters from the outdoor unit

x All installation material

x Tidying up of working materials and packaging material

x Electrical connection to a wall socket or junction box within 1.5 meters to the right or left of the outdoor unit.

Fuse for the air conditioner must already be present. (16Amp for air conditioners up to 6 kW. Above that, a minimum of 20Amp)

x Condensate drainage from inside to outside. Maximum 4 meters from the indoor unit with natural slope.

x Starting up the units and checking the air conditioner

x All drilling work for pipes

x Brief user instructions upon completion of the installation

x 2-year warranty on rotating parts and installation, provided that demonstrable annual maintenance is taken out.

x Duct system fully connected.

x Vibration damper for outdoor unit with spring

x Installation of grounded wall sockets

What is not included in the installation costs, but is available at an additional cost:

x extra cooling lines longer than 6 meters

x painting and plastering work

x drilling holes for pipes in concrete

x condensate pump for draining moisture. (applicable if the indoor unit is not on an exterior wall and has no slope.)

x Adjusting the meter box for fuses

x Rental of scaffolding and/or aerial work platform.

x Removal of old units if applicable.
