The 13-inch is a wonderful small model for quickly preparing a delicious small dish. Its very compact size allows this Kamado to be easily placed anywhere, and it is known for its excellent build quality and innovative features. The thick ceramic housing ensures that heat and moisture cannot escape, and with the Divide & Conquer Flexible Cooking System, you can easily create separate heat zones. This allows you to prepare dishes with both open fire and indirect heat simultaneously on the Kamado. The stainless steel grate is large enough for cooking substantial pieces of meat, making the Kamado also very suitable for barbecuing with large groups. Thanks to the convenient ash remover, the barbecue is easy to clean.
