The 18-inch model is perfect for quickly preparing a few delicious steaks. With its extensive features, including 4 sturdy wheels and foldable mahogany tables, this Kamado can be easily placed anywhere. The extra-thick ceramic housing ensures that heat and moisture cannot escape, and with the Divide & Conquer Flexible Cooking System, you can easily create separate heat zones. This allows you to simultaneously prepare dishes over an open flame and with indirect heat. The stainless steel grill grate is large enough for cooking substantial cuts of meat, making the Kamado also very suitable for barbecuing with large groups. The convenient ash remover makes the barbecue easy to clean.
