Important Information
- The service contract only applies to Pellet Stoves, Air Conditioners, and Heat Pumps purchased and installed from JustFire.
- If you do not take out a maintenance contract with us, you will no longer be able to use our annual maintenance and our service technicians after the warranty period.
- If inaccuracies are found that relate to the period before the purchase of this agreement, the costs thereof will be for your own account!
- the service contract will only be scheduled after 12 maintenance installments.
YOUR CLEANING SERVICE IS ALSO INCLUDED
PELLET STOVE
Annual maintenance is included (instead of €229.00 without a contract)
- Cleaning of the combustion unit, burner, and convection grilles.
- Inspection of the fuel system, including pellet supply and stock.
- Cleaning and inspection of the flue gas discharge, chimney* and ventilation up to 3 meters.
- Testing of safety systems and overheating protections.
- Inspection of sensors and adjustment of temperature settings.
- Checking the air supply for efficient combustion.
- Checking the settings on the motherboard and display.
- Replacement of worn parts.
* Chimneys that do not have a fixed pipe and/or are longer than 3 meters must be cleaned annually by a certified chimney sweep. This is the responsibility of the customer and falls outside this agreement.
AIR CONDITIONER
Annual maintenance is included (instead of €229.00 without a contract)
- Cleaning of the air filters, ventilation coils, and indoor unit condenser.
- Inspection of the refrigerant level and refrigerant pressure.
- Refilling and pressurizing the cooling system. (if necessary)
- Lubrication of the fan and compressor, if applicable.
- Checking the air circulation, lines, and drainage systems.
- Testing the thermostat and checking for malfunctions.
- Inspection of electrical components and wiring.
- Cleaning the outdoor unit.
HEAT PUMP
Annual maintenance is included (instead of €229.00 without a contract)
- Inspection of the heat pump's operation in both heating and cooling modes.
- Checking the refrigerant pressure and inspecting the lines and connections.
- Cleaning air filters and checking air circulation.
- Lubrication of moving parts and checking the compressor.
- Inspection of the system for leaks and malfunctions.
- Inspection of electrical components and wiring.
- Testing the thermostat and adjusting temperature settings.
- Cleaning the outdoor unit.
